Next Steps for Getting Care

Oops. It looks like something went wrong and we weren't able to find you in our system.

For some reason, you didn’t show up in our system as an open client. This could have happened for a number of reasons. Here are some possibilities and the steps that you can take to fix the problem and to access care quickly.

First, is this a crisis?

If so, please call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988. Trained therapists are available 24 hours/day to help you.

Is it possible that you entered some of the information wrong? If you are sure that you are an open client, you may want to go back and re-enter your information and see if our computer can find you this time. Maybe there was a typo the first time you entered your information.

If you have entered your information again and the computer still cannot find you, try calling the family clinic that you normally go to for services and talk to one of our Care Team Assistants (receptionists). They may be able to find you in our computer and assist you in scheduling a Therapy Connect appointment.

If its been a while since you’ve been in, or you have never been in for services before, then we’d like you to schedule a first appointment at the family clinic that is most convenient for you.

During the first appointment we will gather some basic information about you, work with you on identifying what you would like us to help you with, and then begin helping you with the problem(s) you are experiencing.

We have 4 Family Clinics throughout Utah County so you can choose to go to the one that is most convenient for you.
