Learning to Breathe
In conjunction with Alpine School District, we will be offering two groups of Learning To Breathe - a mindfulness group that helps youth improve emotion regulation, reduce stress, improve overall performance, and, perhaps most importantly, develop their attention.
This group is for Alpine School District students between 6th and 12th grade.
The group will be offered in two locations.
One group will be held at Lakeridge Jr High in Orem from 10-11 am.
The second group will be held at Skyridge High School in Lehi from noon-1:00 pm.
Each group will meet for six sessions- 1 hour, twice a week, for 3 weeks.
Groups will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays in June.
There is limited space, so don't wait or you could miss out!
