
Monte Memmott, CMHC. Criminal Justice Program Manager. Monte has worked as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for over 10 years contracted with the Utah County Jail and he has worked for Wasatch Behavioral Health since 2002 in other capacities. Monte has experience working with clients coping with trauma, substance abuse, addiction, and other mental health issues. He has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, as well as being an EMDR trained clinician. Monte is married with three children. He is an avid baseball fan who makes it a priority to attend at least a couple MLB games each season.
On the weekends he enjoys being at home with family and barbequing or smoking in the backyard.

Jared T. Johnson, LCSW is the Therapist Supervisor for JTP, WATCH and The 90 Day OUT Program. Jared earned his MSW degree from the University of Utah with an emphasis on forensic social work. He has worked in inpatient and residential settings in various roles over the last 15 years. Jared loves enhancing and learning new therapeutic skills. He is trained in CBT, RPT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness interventions.
In his free time Jared enjoys playing guitar, oil painting, drawing, reading watching movies and being with his family. Jared and his fantastic wife have four awesome children.

Eric Crews, LMFT – Eric is a Therapist at Wasatch working in the Utah County Jail Program. Eric is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has certifications in Trauma Intervention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and working with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. He has worked with crisis teams, in the hospital emergency department, with the courts, private practice, and in a family practice medical clinic. Eric has experience working with individuals, couples, families and with group therapies. He also has experience developing and teaching psychology and sociology classes in college and university settings.
In his free time Eric enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle with his wife, touring the beautiful mountains we have here in Utah.

Fung Ha (Esther) Tai, CSW – Esther is a mental health therapist at the JTP program. With extensive experience living and working in Hong Kong, California, Hawaii, New York, and Utah, she has developed a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds. Esther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University-Hawaii and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Brigham Young University, Utah. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and other therapeutic approaches. Outside of her professional work, Esther enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, hiking, and, of course, loves serving others in her community.

McKayla Phillips, ACMHC – McKayla is a dedicated therapist with 4 years of experience working in the substance use field, primarily in Men’s Outpatient treatment. She is trained in evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety. McKayla finds fulfillment in helping clients discover greater joy, meaning, and stability in their lives, particularly those facing the challenges of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She has a strong interest in human development and enjoys tailoring her therapeutic interventions to support clients through their journey of recovery and growth.
McKayla has been married since 2014 and is a proud mother of two. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and going to the gym.

Stephanie Stevenson, ACMHC– Stephanie is a dedicated and compassionate therapist specializing in working with individuals impacted by criminal justice involvement and substance use disorders. Stephanie has developed an understanding of the unique challenges faced by those navigating both legal and mental health systems.
Throughout her career Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings, including Mental Health Court, Drug Court, Utah County Jail, and community-based outpatient services. Stephanie’s background in criminal justice has given her insight into the complex dynamics of mental health, addiction, and legal settings. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Therapy, she promotes positive change and emotional well-being. With a client-centered approach, she builds trust and empowers individuals to take charge of their healing, offering compassionate, personalized support and practical tools for success.
During her free time Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoys going out to the movies, and finding new places to eat.

Stevoni Doyle, CSW – Started her journey working at Utah County ADDAPT for Foothill residential and Drug testing lab. In 2014 she graduated from Utah Valley University Substance Use Disorder Program. She was then hired to work as a case manager at Utah County ADDAPT in the Promise program. In 2018 she was Hired as the Supervisor for the Parole Access to Recovery program. In 2019 she took over the Peer Support program and then in 2020 she took on the Recovery Residence program. In 2020 she went back to peruse her Bachelor’s Degree in Social work and graduated from Western New Mexico University with her BSW and in 2024 she graduated from Western New Mexico University with her Masters of Social Work. She is a Licensed Substance Disorder Counselor and Certified Social Worker. In August of 2024 she started working as a therapist at the Jail Transition program.
Stevoni enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, raising chickens and many other birds. She has fostered dogs for the last 15 years and her favorite hobby is playing roller derby. She has played with Happy Valley Derby Darlins for the last 13 years. She brings with her experience not only working in this field for the last 13 year but is in recovery herself. She has been in recovery for over 20 years.
