Anger Management
  • 10-week course
  • Must start on the first day of the group
  • Needs referral from the therapist
Art Therapy
  • Decrease anxiety, depression, and PTSD through art
  • No referral needed
Pre-diabetes / Diabetes Group
  • Education on how to check insulin, A1C Levels, and blood sugar
  • Explanation of effects on the body, meal planning, and preparation
  • The group runs for 6 weeks
  • No referral needed
Dual Diagnosis
  • Supports individuals struggling with substance use disorder and mental illness
  • Must complete a screening to join the group
Healthy Minds
  • Coping skills to manage day-to-day challenges
  • Topics include depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and mood management for bipolar disorder
Introduction to DBT
  • The DBT group is a skills-based group designed to help with mindfulness, interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
  • No referral needed
LGBTQ+ Support
  • A support group for adults
  • Topics: encouraging constructive behaviors and healthy ways of coping.
  • Group will run for 6 weeks
Thinking Matters
  • To learn skills useful for objectively assessing the thinking that leads to breaking a law, rule, or social norm.
  • Must attend the first week
  • CANNOT miss more than 2 classes
  • This is a 12-week group
Peer to Peer
  • A group for individuals in the second phase of the Mental Health Court
  • Clients CANNOT miss any classes (unless emergency arises)
Seeking to Safety
  • A group for individuals in the third phase of the Mental Health Court
  • 10-week course
  • Topics: recovery skills, boundaries, and how to maintain progress made throughout the program.
  • open to individuals not in Mental Health Court as well
  • Features presentations from mental health providers, physicians, defense attorneys, and other specialists who can assist in maintaining
    recovery, progress, and safety.
Men's Domestic Violence
  • Implementation of effective interpersonal relationship skills
  • Must attend the Domestic Violence Orientation held on Fridays AND complete a 1 hour screening by a Domestic Violence therapist
Women's Domestic Violence
  • Implementation of effective interpersonal relationship skills
  • Must attend the Domestic Violence Orientation held on Fridays AND complete a 1 hour screening by a Domestic Violence therapist
Making Peace with Food
  • Education group focused on healthy eating habits and forming good relationships with food
  • Open to anyone.
  • Fridays at 1pm
