Monday – Friday 5:50 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

Saturday & Holiday 7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. 

Additionally, support staff are available each day from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 
Support Staff include: a physician, a therapist and a case manager. 

About COR

Wasatch Behavioral Health Center for Opiate Recovery “COR” is to provide comprehensive behavioral health services along with METHADONE to positively impact the well-being, recovery, and quality of life for individuals living with the devastating effects of Opiate addiction.

COR purpose is to provides Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) to reduce harms associated with substance use by providing our clients access to methadone, counselling, primary health care and other community-based services which will enable our clients to return to being a productive member of the community. COR will continue to cultivate a team of competent, compassionate professionals who are dedicated to the individualized care to individuals who are diagnosed with a substance use disorder and committed to continuously improving services.

What is Methadone?

Methadone is a Medication-Assisted Treatment method to block the narcotic effects of all opioids and reduce opioid cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Each methadone dose is determined on an individual basis by a physician based on a client’s clinical and medical histories and physical conditions.

Carf Accredidation

COR is a CARF-accredited substance use disorder treatment program, providing outpatient medication-assisted treatment through medication, counseling and community-based services.
