Feeling like you want to talk with somebody right away?  Here is information about available Crisis Lines, Chat Lines, and other support services for specific populations who can help you.

 If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat at 988lifeline.org.


Ask for a CIT Officer (Crisis Intervention Team) if law enforcement is involved. They are specially trained to help someone in a mental health crisis.

 WBH Crisis services are available at the Recovery Outreach Center (ROC) in Provo.  Serving Utah and Wasatch counties.

  • All WBH staff complete annual training in cultural competency.
  • WBH buildings are accessible to those with physical disabilities.
  • Access to interpreter services for all languages, including American Sign Language, are available to Medicaid clients.
  • Medicaid enrollees are able to obtain hard copies of the ‘Medicaid Handbook  – Notice of Privacy Practices’ & other forms without charge. These will be provided within 5 business days. Call 801-373-4760 OR 1-866-366-7987.
