What does Early Intervention mean?
Early intervention is a process that includes screening, assessment, intervention, and support at the earliest opportunity for optimal improvement and success.
Who can participate?
Teens and young adults, who:
– have been experiencing unusual thoughts, feelings, or behaviors
– are willing to have a free screening and evaluation by a professional.
Is there a cost?
If qualified, some or all of the costs may be covered by federal funding through SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration)
WBH Staff Directory
- All WBH staff complete annual training in cultural competency.
- WBH buildings are accessible to those with physical disabilities.
- Access to interpreter services for all languages, including American Sign Language, are available to Medicaid clients.
- Medicaid enrollees are able to obtain hard copies of the ‘Medicaid Handbook – Notice of Privacy Practices’ & other forms without charge. These will be provided within 5 business days. Call 801-373-4760 OR 1-866-366-7987.
